What Functional Medicine can do for You:
What’s going on with Your health?
We talk about what’s going on with your health and well-being. What concerns you most? What hasn’t worked in the past? Dr. Carrie will ask you many questions about your health, past and present. She offers compassion on your quest for healing.
When was the last time your doctor spent 60 minutes with you, listening to your health concerns?
Explore, Test, Evaluate You
Sometimes, Dr. Carrie recommends a few specialized Functional Medicine lab tests of your brain and stress response system hormones, specific GI and other in-depth biochemistry labs to explore your unique individual biology and biochemistry.
Personalized lab testing helps uncover “Root-Causes” of chronic health issues.
Personalized Care Plan for You
The specific lab tests can direct your Care Wellness Plan created for you. Dr. Carrie can offer support with lifestyle habits like food, sleep, stress, and movement. She recommends adding supplements to help repair or support body systems, and physiology.
Examples of supplements may include various vitamins, minerals, amino acids if needed.
